US Open Cup Did Teams Start their Starters

Wanted to take a look at starting lineups from the open cup since everyone wants to say MLS teams do not care and usually play backups, and at first glance that definitely is the case. However we can also see USL teams also are playing a rotation of their guys not to the extreme of MLS.
